2) The Country that has issued your passport.
3) You full passport number.
4) The application ID Number ( number under the barcode of your application)
5) A valid email address.

Please Note: Processing time is typically "90 to 120 days" from the date of departure from the United States under normal customer traffic conditions (number of applications submitted). The longer and more complex your refund or higher volumes of applications received, the time required to process your refund could take longer than 120 days.
Additionally, We also cannot control how quickly each store returns the refund back to us or if they the store denies the refund, which can also affect the processing time, or how quickly your country delivers United States Mail to your residence. |
